Description

Interested in Education  or working with children? Teens in the community (TIC) is an after school program that meets at the Easton Area Community Center. Although the name implies teens, volunteers work with kids anywhere between 7-12. Volunteers can facilitate their own activities such as organized games, book club, arts and crafts and this semester, hopefully gardening. There is also the option to assist with preexisting activities led by EACC staff or Cub Scout. If you are looking to work on leadership skills, this program allows much autonomy in that volunteers are able to bring/plan new ideas to the community center.

TIC  provides leadership and mentorship opportunities while remaining fun and allowing Lafayette Students to engage with the community of Easton. If interested TIC meets weekly on Fridays from 4:00-5:30
