Visit and advocate for individuals who live in long-term care settings (near your home) to enhance their quality of care and life. We are able to reach so many more seniors and individuals with disabilities through our volunteers. Ombudsman Associates (volunteers) receive initial and ongoing training and support to help older adults have a more fulfilling, person-centered life. For more information about this opportunity, contact Melissa Wilson, Ombudsman Specialist and Volunteer Coordinator, at 800-522-5680, ext. 1107 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our program serves individuals in Ashland, Crawford, Huron, Knox, Marion, Morrow, Richland, Seneca, and Wyandot Counties. You would volunteer in your county.
