Scholars will dedicate four (4) hours per week commitment to go to one of the in-school sites two times a week.
Times will vary depending on the day and school.

The Joseph and Evelyn Lowery Institute for Justice & Human Rights is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in October 2001. 

The Institute is dedicated to training, developing, empowering and inspiring servant leaders to improve their communities for the common good. It serves the mission by focusing on civil and human rights, social justice, education, and community health locally, nationally and abroad.

The Institute, located on the campus of Clark Atlanta University, provides service opportunities and leadership training to students attending colleges and universities in the metro Atlanta area, operates a two (2) week summer camp for middle school students, teaches conflict resolution skills to students in six (6) Atlanta Public Schools
