About
Story County Emergency Management and several community partners are collaborating to gather information from individuals interested in providing temporary child care for essential personnel during the COVID 19 outbreak. A form is available to potential child care providers that collects contact information, preferred locations to provide child care services, and the hours they are available. This information will be shared with community leaders and agencies providing essential services who will then reach out directly to individual providers to schedule child care.
Decisions on hiring and potential payment for services will be negotiated between the provider and the family in need.
