About

The Campus Kitchen at the University of Kentucky simultaneously addresses hunger and food waste by recovering unused food from dining halls, groceries, restaurants, and farms and turning it into meals for local agencies.

At this recovery shift, volunteers will be recovering unused food from a local grocery store to turn into healthy meals. Please meet in Funkhouser room 207 at 8:50 a.m. before the shift. Due to COVID 19, volunteers must provide their own transportation to and from Whole Foods!
