Please sign up for one or both 3-hour time slots (9am-12pm) & (1pm-4pm). We select groups based on interest on the day of volunteering. The volunteering projects will include (these are subject to change depending on weather/need):
1. Homesteading/Facilities - Transplants into gardens and planting native bushes along hoop house hillside.
2.Trails/Habitat Management- Cutting back trail overgrowth and other trail maintenance projects including potential native tree plantings.
3. Bob's Cupboard - Sorting and properly recycling/composting/disposing of expired goods AND preparing garden bed
Please be sure to dress appropriately for outdoor work including warm clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and durable shoes. Please be sure to also BRING & WEAR A MASK. We will send a reminder email a few days before the event with any additional instructions to prepare for this volunteer day!
