Spring Festival of Flowers

Last date was Friday, March 29th, 2019 from 9:30am to 12:30pm (CT)

About

Hundreds of spring-flowering plants and trees throughout the Garden create a one-of-a-kind outdoor learning environment for school children from kindergarten through second grade during this spring education festival. Stations throughout the Garden feature discovery activities and take-home crafts, including the Amazing Flower Story, Butterfly Life Cycle, a Pollination Puppet Show with colorful costumes and props, flower planting, outdoor games, a walk through our Wildflower Woodland, and more.

Volunteers will assist at different stations helping teach students and creating a fun environment! Anything you need to teach will be given to you and requires no prior knowledge!
