Enthusiastic and dedicated tutors needed to share their love for learning with wonderful elementary students who are eager to learn and play. This after-school tutoring program meets once a week for 1 hour from October through April. The clubs offer one-on-one homework help as well as fun, interactive games that support individual learning goals. Join us for a fun semester of learning with your new scholar! We are currently recruiting 2 new tutors for Booker T. Washington and 4 new tutors for Arlington Elementary.

Participating schools:

Booker T. Washington Elementary: Tuesdays, 3-4 pm

Arlington Elementary: Wednesdays, 2:45-3:45 pm

Carnegie Clubs (At a glance):

A background check is required to tutor at the Carnegie Center AND for your chosen school at

All new tutors must attend an orientation at the Carnegie Center.

The coordinator will supervise the tutoring sessions, provide materials, and snacks.

Free, easy parking at the schools!

All tutors receive a free class and optional trainings throughout the year.

Tutor recruitment is on a rolling basis- we have students waiting for YOU!
