Bundles for Babies: Shelby County Diaper Drive

About

Description
The Diaper Bank Initiative was started in early 2018, after the Urban Child Institute staff members noticed there was a gap between diapers provided in the community and those who needed them. The collaborative is made up of partners from U of M, Le Bonheur, Dads and Diapers, Sweet Cheeks Diaper Ministry, Shelby County Volunteers Services, and other community agencies. Our goal is to pool our resources to create a diaper bank here in Shelby County. A diaper bank is a nonprofit that distributes diapers to agencies that provide wraparound services for families and babies in need. To sign up to volunteer for one of our many events for this cause, please click here!
