GEAR UP Alabama

GEAR UP clubs are designed to create an ecosystem of support for college students who are alumni of a high school GEAR UP grant program. GEAR UP - Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs - is a federally funded grant that seeks to significantly increase the number of students from underrepresented populations who are prepared to enter and succeed at post-secondary institutions. Empowered by the foundation of GEAR UP, we will create a legacy of community service, sowing into the local, national, and global citizenry.
