About
Learn about native plants while helping us maintain our demonstration gardens. You'll work alongside experienced members of the Native Plant Society of Texas to plant, weed, water, and trim our native plants on our grounds. No experience required - we'll teach you what you need to know!
Volunteers should dress for the weather and consider wearing a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray. If you have gardening gloves and hand tools, please bring them, otherwise, they will be provided for you.
This volunteer opportunity is approved for Master Naturalist volunteer hours.
For groups of more than 5 people, please contact our volunteer coordinator Ariel Cummins at ariel@cibolo.org to ensure we have proper accommodations for your group.
